A refreshing English Quality Sparkling Wine made from a carefully balanced blend of Chardonnay (37%), Pinot Noir (40%) and Pinot Meunier (23%) grapes, grown in our one acre old paddock.

THE VINEYARD
The grapes are very late ripening this year. However, with the last couple of days of warmer weather the pinot meuniers are now starting to change colour, a process called veraison.
