Our survey feedback revealed that there was a need for a space to meet friends over a great quality coffee or hot drink and snack; a social hub!
How have we answered that call?
Firstly, we created a beautiful seating area outside the shop called 'The Patio'. Our corner bench had a refurb and we added further café style tables and chairs, surrounded by beautiful planting.
Then we got serious about coffee! After careful consideration we invested in a high quality and reliable Jura coffee machine. Then we set about sourcing a tasty bean, we were very fortunate to find the local company, Winchester Coffee Roasters. We carefully selected their wonderful single origin Sumatran, 100% arabica beans. It is described as full bodied, with a nutmeg aroma and syrupy sweet honey flavour.
However, what is a hot drink without a slice of cake? We are now pleased to offer single servings of cakes and bakes and other tasty nibbles.
